Maybe Try a Face Massage?

Happy Thursday, gorgeous people!

I hope this message finds you well, and that you've had time this week to practice lots of self love. And if you haven't been able to carve out time for yourself, I hope today is the day!!

If you're interested in pampering your body and showing it some love, try one of my all time favorite yoga sessions here - and choose "Restorative Yoga Sequence." One reason I love this practice so much is that it truly allows you to support yourself. And it starts off with a face massage... What's better than that?? ;)

SO when you're ready, get out your pillows, a blanket, and some peppermint essential oil or your Zen Nectar for your face massage, and get ready to RELAX! This routine is also soothing when you have a migraine (maybe turn down the volume at the beginning...she is a little enthusiastic).
