How do you find yours?

Pushing myself on a 'good day' can mean a migraine the next... So not "over-doing it" is a real concern.

Anyone who has to take care of themselves because of a chronic illness knows that it is anything BUT lazy to practice self love and not "over-do it" or push.

It takes discipline, extra focus, and confidence - to know what you need, and do it, regardless of preconceptions and outside pressures.

Love yourself, you deserve it.
