Dinner guests!

We had dinner guests over, and Sarah kept it all Ketogenic, the BBQ Sauce, ribs, salad (and dressing), and cauliflower mash all fit a healthy diet for people battling migraines, and our guests LOVED it! In fact, we're finding that our friends and family love learning about our diet, because most people want to eat healthier. The ketogenic diet is a great way to lose weight, feel better, and reduce migraines!
