Permission to stop when battling a migraine
Have you had a day recently where just breathing felt like an accomplishment? Those days, I have to give myself permission to stop - set aside feelings of guilt or disappointment that stem from being sick, and redirect my focus to my breath as a reminder to stay present and take care of myself in doing so. Sometimes being still takes the most strength. Know that you are not alone in your journey with migraine and that we see your strength.
